Forced Air

High pressure water

 All of our bags are inspected once prior to washing.  Bags with defects are discarded, good bags prepared for cleaning.

 Our system inflates each bag with high volume forced air to fill out the bag.  This allows residue to move freely insuring all surfaces are are thoroughly cleaned.

  High pressure potable water is applied to both inner and outer surfaces of the bag.  No chemicals are used.

 After the cleaning process the bags are hung on a conveyor to air dry.  They are thoroughly inspected again for any damage or defects.  The bags are then palletized and stretch wrapped for shipping.
